Introduction

This Terms of Service (this “Agreement”, “Terms”) is between Accordex Systems Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “System”, “Platform” or “Softmerce”) and the person (“you”, “User” or “Customer”) using our services (“Services” or "Service").

Domain and Hosting

We can provide you domain and hosting details from which you can create websites based on the themes provided. You can manage your contents and customize the features for the websites.

Creating the account

User can start the online store, after providing the name, email id, contact and business details. If the given information is true, you will be getting the website to start the business online. Please ensure the account details and password is confidential as you are responsible for your belongings. Notify us immediately if have a doubt of your account has been stolen or miscellaneous happens.

Content for the websites

You are responsible for the content of the websites such as text, product details, emails, logo, images and video files. We are not taking back up of your data and not responsible for the data loss. It is advised to take a backup each and every time whenever you do the changes.

Conditions to register/bid with Softmerce

• 1) Need to submit the age proof document as people below 16 years age are not allowed to use our services.
• 2) Need to provide the valid personal details, On verifying , if it seems to be not accurate ,your access will be removed immediately.
• 3) You need to provide only your own source of content , images and video files or else you need to get the rights to the corresponding organisation who has the copyrights.
• 4) The content of the online store should not be harmful or against any law.
• 5) The content should not harass or abuse other business/individual people.
• 6) You should not upload the malicious files or codes that may affect the functions and features of Softmerce.
• 7) Scam data are not advisable to upload on the sites.
• 8) You need to acknowledge that if you found guilty of violating the rules, your account will be terminated with no refund of amount that you paid for the services.

Service Fee

You will be charged for your websites on monthly or yearly basis. If you are happy with our system, you can upgrade the websites with extra features and functionality. This will cost additional charge. Refund can be done, only if we are satisfied with the reason you are providing for the cancellation. Strictly there is no refund for the short time payment.

Third Party Services

The relationship between you and any Third Party Provider is strictly between you and such Third Party Provider, and Shopmerce is not obligated to intervene in any dispute arising between you and a Third Party Provider.

Resale of Service

You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission, which may be in the form of a separate written agreement with Softmerce.

Feedback and Reviews

Softmerce accepts any ideas or suggestions regarding improvisation or additions to the Services. Any reviews of a Third Party Provider which you submit to us must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and must not be illegal or otherwise injurious to third parties. Sofmerce have the right to remove or edit Feedback ofThird Party Providers.We will consider the reviews/feedback for the execution of the future Softmerce enhancement release.
